Q: Will you email more images when requested?
A: Time allowing, yes. However, it takes an hour or more to capture and send extra images and can take two or three days to get this scheduled. The watch could be sold while you are waiting.

Q: Can I buy from you with confidence?
A: Of course. Every watch is bench tested for at least 24 hours before shipment, and fully guaranteed against mechanical failure for a minimum of 30 days if sold at marked price. You have the three day return privilege if not satisfied with its condition.

Q: How does that work?
A: If you decide that the watch you receive is not as described, you may return it prepaid within 3 days for a refund, less all shipping costs.

Q: What about my watch's condition? What should I expect?
A: The moment that a brand new watch is put on a wrist it starts to accumulate hairline scratches and minor damage. In time, the case will show signs of wear and the dial will age. Watches that are worn infrequently are usually in better condition than is normal for their age. Naturally, these are more in demand by collectors and have a higher value. Most of my inventory is in this category.

Q: How does your warranty work?
A: If your watch fails to run normally for reasons other than misuse or abuse during the warranty period, you may return it prepaid and it will be repaired at no charge.

Q: Are the images of the actual watches for sale?
A: Absolutely. Every watch pictured is the identical one offered, and unlike many websites, is in stock for immediate shipment. ( Box and papers are not available unless mentioned. )

Q: What does "hold" mean?
A: Once a customer makes a commitment to buy a watch, it is put on hold until payment is received. Occasionally, funds fail to show up, and the watch is put back on the market. If you are interested in a watch marked "hold", contact me for an update.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: By Express Mail to destinations in the U.S.A, $13; by insured Priority Mail, $5 plus $1 per $100 for insurance.

Q: Can you ship overseas?
A: Yes. We can ship to any country that current regulations allow. (Frankly, we don't get too many inquiries from Cuba, Libya or North Korea at the moment.) Please note that all local taxes, fees and duties are to be paid by the buyer. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm that import regulations can be met before ordering.  Shipments to other countries are charged at my cost, usually about $7 more than USA shipment.

Q: How do I order?
A: Complete and fax me the Order Form,, or contact us by phone, fax or E-mail, and quote the Page and Location of the item you wish to buy. For prompt shipment, payment can be made by credit card, money order, bank check, or wire transfer. We normally ship within 48 hours of receipt of payment.
